Here are some useful code snippets to help with theme development using the Beans Theme Framework for WordPress.
I’ve been using Beans for a few months now and I’m really impressed with it’s ease of use. I am not by any means a developer but even with my basic knowledge of WordPress and PHP I have found it fairly easy to get started and build sites.
Beans is an incredibly powerful and flexible WordPress theme, yet light weight and unbelievably fast. The magic is under the hood!
Beans is a new free framework for WordPress that uses UIKIT. I would definately recommend giving it a try.
The snippets below are mostly sourced from searching online and many of them are available on the Beans forum. This page is mostly for my own use so I can have everything in one place. Hopefully it might also come in useful for others. I will try to continually update this list.
Remove the breadcrumb from Beans Theme Framework
This completely removes the breadcrumb from Beans.
// Remove the Beans breadcrumb.
add_filter( 'beans_pre_load_fragment_breadcrumb', '__return_true' );
